• Unfortunately, any rugs that we get in may be subject to a price increase.

• All products are available for either click and collect or delivery.

• Free Delivery is only available for Ballarat and Surrounds within reason but we can arrange rugs to be delivered anywhere via carriers.

• All Pattern Rugs come unopened directly from our suppliers and are checked before being hung up and sold. We do not sell seconds or faulty Pattern Rugs.

• Also if you buy a rug, take it home and it is the wrong colour or size you can return it for a refund or swap but please do not use it and then try to return it because it will not be accepted back.
